FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept insurance?
Beacon Regenerative Health does not accept insurance at this time. We are a cash-pay practice. All services are billed directly to patients.
We believe this model allows us to focus entirely on individualized, evidence-informed care — without the constraints that insurance-driven medicine often imposes.
Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes — Beacon is accepting new patients beginning July 2026. Submit an appointment
request through our website and we'll reach out to guide you through the next steps.
How do I become a new patient?
Getting started is simple — submit your appointment request online and a member of
our team will be in touch to get you set up in our system. Once you're added, we'll send your intake paperwork directly through the patient portal for you to complete before your first visit.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
We are located at 21 Gregory Dr, Suite 130, South Burlington, VT 05403.
We are open by appointment only, Monday through Friday, 8am–4pm. We are closed on weekends.
What conditions and goals do you treat?
Beacon serves patients dealing with pain or injury, hormonal imbalance, declining energy or performance, and those focused on long-term longevity. Our core areas of
care are:
• Pain Management & Injury Rehabilitation
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• IV Therapy
• Performance & Longevity Consultation
• Primary Care
What is regenerative medicine and how is it different from conventional care?
Regenerative medicine uses therapies like Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), prolotherapy,
and perineural injection therapy to work with your body's own biology — repairing tissue, reducing inflammation, and restoring function rather than simply masking symptoms. At Beacon, we treat the root cause, not just the surface-level complaint.
Do you offer primary care, or is this only a specialty clinic?
We offer primary care as well. Our approach to primary care goes beyond routine
checkups — it's built around a long-term relationship with a provider who understands
your full biology and goals, integrating seamlessly with our regenerative and
performance services.
What is a Discovery Call and should I book one?
A 30-minute Discovery Call is a great first step if you're unsure which services are right
for you or want to learn more before committing to an appointment. It gives you the
chance to connect with the Beacon team, share your health goals, and find out how we
can help.
What should I expect at my first appointment?
Your first visit will include a comprehensive evaluation — detailed health history,
physical examination, and in-depth lab interpretation where appropriate. The goal is to
understand your biology and goals fully before building an individualized care plan.
Do you treat both men and women?
Yes. Beacon serves both men and women across all service areas, including hormone
replacement therapy. All protocols are individualized to your physiology.
What is PRP and what is it used for?
Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a treatment that uses concentrated growth factors from
your own blood, delivered precisely to injured tissue. At Beacon, PRP is used for
musculoskeletal healing as part of our pain management and injury rehabilitation
services.
Can I access my records and communicate with my care team online?
Yes. Beacon uses the Elation patient portal, where you'll be able to complete your intake paperwork, access your records, and manage your care. New patients will
receive portal access and their intake forms once they've been added to our system.
Is Beacon the right fit for me if I'm generally healthy but want to optimize?
Absolutely. Many Beacon patients aren't sick — they're high performers, athletes, or
health-conscious individuals who want to operate at their peak and age well. Our
Performance & Longevity Consultation is specifically designed for this.
